사용자에게 동등한 거주환경을 제공하는 것을 목표로 공용면적은 최소화하고 개인공간을 가능한 최대한 확보하여 사용자가 자기공간을 주체적으로 활용할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 하였다.

The goal was to provide users with an equal living environment by minimizing common areas and maximizing personal space, thereby offering users the opportunity to utilize their own space independently.
