이 도시 산책로의 완성은 통행이라는 본래의 기능의 개선할 뿐만 아니라  계획건축물의 기능적 부분의 향상도 수반한다. 이런 이유로 우리는 건물의 내, 외부 공간은 적정 비용으로 개선하고, 남은 예산을 활용하여 도시와 연계된 외부공간을 입체적으로 계획하는 것을 제안한다.

The completion of this urban promenade not only improves its primary function of pedestrian access but also enhances the functional aspects of the planned architecture. For this reason, we propose improving the interior and exterior spaces of the building at a reasonable cost and utilizing the remaining budget to plan the external spaces connected to the city in a three-dimensional manner.
