도서관 중심에 중정은 루이스칸의 엑스터 아카데미를 오마주하여 도서관의 본질은 지키면서도 시대의 흐름에 부합되는 공간을 제안한다. 중정을 중심으로 쏟아지는 간접광은 공간에 깊이를 주며 시설들을 유기적으로 연결하기도 구분하기도 한다.

The central courtyard at the heart of the library pays homage to Louis Kahn's Exeter Academy, proposing a space that preserves the library's essence while aligning with contemporary trends. Indirect light cascading around the courtyard lends depth to the space, organically connecting and simultaneously defining the facilities.
