제안된 프로그램과 대지를 둘러싼 복잡한 레벨 관계를 유기적으로 조직하여, 지역을 연결하는 생활 허브로서의 역할을 강화하고자 하였다.

The proposed program and site were organically organized around complex level relationships to strengthen its role as a living hub connecting the neighborhood.
